Description: Be part of the new and exciting ‘Ultimate Frisbee’ team at Centennial Park. Established as one of Australia’s favourite backyard games, Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact team sport that requires speed and grace to score points by passing the disc to a team-mate who must catch it in the end-zone. It’s fun, fast-paced and enjoyable at all levels!

Mon 27 Sep - Fri 1 Oct & Mon 4 - Fri 8 Oct, 11am - 2pm
Head to the EQ during the Spring school holidays for fun games including tug-o-war, commando obstacle, touch footy and dodge ball. After the kids have worked up an appetite they can take part in a cooking workshop with music and entertainment, learning how to make healthy on the go snacks using wonderful fresh produce available at the EQ Village Markets. Join Rangers for a half–day or full–day and participate in guided walks, art and craft, fun games and activities. Learn about how Rangers care for our plants and wildlife. Craft included. Now offered on more dates!
Full day runs from 9.00 am-4.00 pm. Half day morning session runs from 9.00 am-12.00 pm. Half day afternoon session runs from 1.00 pm-4.00 pm.

Description: Come and learn how to do an ‘ollie’, a ‘tail whip’ or a ‘manual’ on your skateboard or scooter with the qualified instructors from Skater HQ. For those who would like to try Inline Skating, they can teach you how to perfect your speed, ‘barrel rolling’ and ‘the grapevine’. There is a choice of activities with a focus on safety and fun. Cost includes gear and coaching for this action packed camp where all levels are welcome.

Description: This Spring come and invent a terrifying scarecrow from recycled materials that will keep naughty crows away from the fledgling nursery garden at Centennial Park. At the end of the program each group will show how their scarecrow works and the best one will receive a prize! All materials will be supplied.

Description: Come help our Centennial Parklands ranger find nocturnal animals such as Tawny Frog Mouths, bats, crickets, spiders, birds and possums as they move around and feed at night. Spot their eyes shining in the dark or hear them move around in trees and make weird and wonderful noises. This action packed event includes team games, sizzling sausages and some independent adventure! Drop the kids off and enjoy a quite dinner or date night.
